    You'll arrive in Cyprus and settle into your hotel in Paphos at your own pace. After getting comfortable, the evening brings a buffet dinner at the hotel with local and international options. If you're feeling up to it after traveling, you can take a walk along the nearby coastline, check out Paphos Harbour, or just relax at the hotel's facilities.

    This day takes you into Northern Cyprus to explore its ancient and medieval past. You'll start at Salamis Archaeological Site to see ancient theatres, Roman baths, and mosaics. From there, head to the Old Town of Famagusta where Gothic cathedrals, Venetian walls, and Ottoman landmarks line the streets. After an optional lunch, you'll visit Varosha, the ghost city that's been abandoned since 1974, and learn about its sudden evacuation and recent partial reopening.

    Kolossi Castle - Limassol - Petra tou Romiou

    You'll spend a full day exploring southern Cyprus's cultural and historical sites. Start at Kourion, an ancient Greco-Roman city with a beautifully preserved theatre and mosaics sitting above the sea. Continue to Kolossi Castle, a medieval fortress with vineyard views and ties to the famous Commandaria wine region. The Cyprus Wine Museum in Erimi Village follows, where you'll explore 5,500 years of winemaking and participate in a guided wine tasting. Later, you have free time in Limassol to grab lunch along the marina or in the Old Town. End the day at Petra tou Romiou with its legendary connection to Aphrodite and coastal views.

Then you'll head to Oleastro Olive Park to see olive oil production from ancient techniques to modern sustainable practices, with a tasting of fresh olive oil and warm bread. Next comes Omodos wine village where you'll visit a historic winery, learn about local grape varieties, taste Commandaria wine, and have free time to explore shops selling handmade lace and pottery. A traditional Cypriot lunch happens in the village center. The day concludes at Petra tou Romiou, birthplace of Aphrodite.

After that, visit a loukoumia workshop in Geroskipou to watch traditional sweets being made and taste them. Head to Mrs. Sofia's farm to see how halloumi and bread are made traditionally, followed by a homemade Cypriot brunch. You'll then visit St. Neophytos Monastery to explore cave frescoes, with an optional riddle quest if you're interested.
