- Day 1
Keflavik to Reykjavik
You'll land at Keflavik airport and hop on an individual Flybus shuttle that takes you straight to your hotel in Reykjavik. Once you're settled in, the rest of the day is yours to walk around the capital if you have the energy after traveling.

Golden Circle
Your guide picks you up for a full-day Golden Circle tour. You'll see Gullfoss waterfall first, then head to the Geysir geothermal area where you try traditional hot spring bread with Icelandic butter, boiled eggs, and herring. After that, you walk through Thingvellir National Park to see the tectonic rift where the North American and Eurasian plates meet.

Reykjavik and Solar Eclipse
Morning is free so you can explore Reykjavik at your own pace. In the afternoon, a professional guide takes you to a prime solar eclipse viewing spot. You'll watch the eclipse with safety glasses provided, and there's an optional telescope available. The day ends with a 3-course dinner and champagne at a cozy oceanside restaurant to mark the occasion.

Reykjavik City Tour and Reykjanes Peninsula
Start with a guided Reykjavik city tour that hits the main landmarks and includes a local tasting experience. Then you head out to the Reykjanes Peninsula to see the geothermal landscapes, including the Gunnuhver mud pool and the colorful area around Krýsuvik. You'll also check out Brimketill lava rock pool and the Bridge Between Continents. By evening, you're at the Blue Lagoon soaking in the warm mineral water surrounded by lava fields.

South Coast and Westman Islands
You travel along the South Coast to Seljalandsfoss waterfall where you can walk right behind it. After that, a short ferry ride takes you to the Westman Islands to explore the bird cliffs, Elephant Rock, and a volcanic crater from 1973. Before heading back, you tour the Eldheimar Museum, which shows how the island recovered from the eruption.

You'll spend the day exploring glacier formations and ice. First up is Svinafellsjokull glacier tongue with its deep crevasses. Then you head to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon where an amphibian boat tour gets you close to the brilliant blue icebergs. The day finishes in Vik with the Lava Show, where you see molten lava erupt in a controlled setting and learn about Iceland's volcanic activity.
