Special thanks to Dum, he really tried very hard to entertain and help us out . Hotel choice was good , but the Imperial hotel in Phitsanulok ,was infested with mouse droppings and dead cockroaches in my room and my bathroom, I wasn’t that happy . Other hotels were good especially Laluna ! Amazing tropical cottages with contemporary design.Show more

Asked on September 25th, 2025What does superior single room mean? Will I be in the same class of hotel as everyone else just with a single bed? I have never travelled alone before. After the tour I was considering staying for extra days. Do you think it would be easy to decide where to go and what to do once I am there or should I plan ahead?

Traveler•Written September 2025Where at the airport would I be picked up? Will there be other travellers joining throughout the day so do we all wait? How does it work and how do I find my guide to start the transfer and what if my flight is delayed? Will there definitely be other people on my tour? How many are currently booked on? Do we all stay together for the travel between hotels and resorts? How does that work? It seems that some of the travel is by a public bus - this worries me. The Phuket accommodation seems very cheap with bad reviews, what have past travellers said about it? When the tour ends I want to stay for a few days, how do I get back from Krabi to Phuket for my flight home?

When you arrive at Phuket airport (International), our representative will hold signboard with our company logo to wait clients at exit door no.3. Transfer service will be share with other guests. In case flight delay, inform new arrival time in order to re-arrange transfer service. For land transfer services, such as from Phuket airport to Phuket hotel, we do not use public bus. At this moment no passenger booked. Accommodation will be at Chanalai Hillside Phuket or similar. End of services will be at Krabi airport, if your departure flight is from Phuket. We have extra charge for land transfer from Krabi hotel to Phuket airport.
