- Day 1
Rovaniemi
You'll land at Rovaniemi Airport and head to your hotel to get settled in. After check-in, the rest of the day is open for you to do as you like. If your flight gets in early enough, there are some optional evening activities available if you're interested.

Rovaniemi
Start with the hotel's morning breakfast buffet. From there, you'll head to Ranua Wildlife Park where you can see polar bears, arctic foxes, snowy owls, and musk oxen. The staff will walk you through how they care for and rehabilitate these endangered arctic animals. The afternoon gives you time to relax back at your hotel before dinner.

Rovaniemi to Saariselkä
After breakfast, you'll travel to Luosto to visit an amethyst mine. You'll get to dig for your own stone with help from a professional miner who shares mining techniques and stories. Later, you head north to Saariselka, which sits 250 kilometres beyond the Arctic Circle in Inari municipality. That evening, you'll hunt for the Northern Lights from Kaunispää hill with your guide, who knows the best viewing spots based on weather conditions.

Saariselkä to Rovaniemi
You'll travel from Saariselka to Inari, a municipality known for its distinctive landscape and Sámi cultural heritage. Stop at the Sámi Museum to learn about Finnish Sámi traditions through displays and artifacts. After exploring, you'll have a buffet lunch before heading back to Rovaniemi. Come evening, you're heading out on snowmobiles to hunt for the Northern Lights, so bring your driver's license along.

Rovaniemi to Santa Igloos Arctic Circle
Have breakfast at your hotel, then check out and transfer to Santa Igloos Arctic Circle near Santa Claus Village. You'll spend the night in a premium igloo while watching for the Aurora Borealis. Your igloo has an Aurora Alarm that notifies you when the Northern Lights show up, though you can turn it off if you'd rather sleep undisturbed.

Rovaniemi
After your morning breakfast at the hotel, you'll have time to shop for Lappish souvenirs depending on when your flight departs. Then it's a private transfer to Rovaniemi Airport to wrap up your trip.
