El Calafate
You'll arrive at El Calafate Airport or the bus station where staff will meet you and drive you to your hotel. After that, the day is yours to do whatever you'd like. Some people rest after traveling, while others head out to walk around town and get a feel for this Patagonian spot.

Landmarks Los Glaciares National Park Lake Argentino - Day 2
Perito Moreno Glacier
Starting early, you're heading out to see Perito Moreno Glacier. The drive covers about 85 km (53 mi) through the pre-cordillera foothills, and you'll pass through some nice scenery along Lake Argentino. Once you enter Los Glaciares National Park, you'll walk near Brazo Rico River where you can spot icebergs floating in the water before you reach the glacier itself. After spending time there and grabbing lunch, you return to the hotel in the afternoon.

- Day 3
El Calafate
This day is free time in El Calafate. If you want to do something, there's an optional full-day trip to El Chaltén where you can trek on your own to Mount Fitz Roy, Laguna Capri, and Laguna Torre. The trip includes a drive on Route 40, a stop at the historic Hotel La Leona, a visit to the park's interpretation center, and about 6 hours to trek with a packed lunch included.

El Calafate to Buenos Aires
In the morning, you're transferred from your hotel to Calafate Airport. Later, you'll arrive in Buenos Aires where staff will greet you at the airport or bus station and take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to settle in or start exploring Argentina's capital at your own pace.

- Day 5
Buenos Aires
You'll take a guided tour through Buenos Aires hitting the main spots. Starting with 9 de Julio Avenue and the Obelisk, then moving to Plaza de Mayo to see the Cathedral and the old City Hall building. From there, you head into San Telmo with its colonial architecture and narrow cobblestone streets, then La Boca with those colorful metal houses. Next comes Puerto Madero, the revitalized old port area, followed by Palermo's parks and green spaces. The tour finishes in Recoleta, one of the fancier neighborhoods, where you'll see the famous cemetery and the bars and restaurants the area is known for.

Buenos Aires
You have free time in Buenos Aires today. If you're interested, there's an optional evening tango show and dinner at one of the city's well-known venues, so you can experience that part of the culture if you choose.

- Day 7
Buenos Aires to Puerto Iguazú
You'll be transferred from your hotel to Buenos Aires Airport or bus station, then fly to Puerto Iguazú. The local representative will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel in town. This is located in the jungle area of Misiones Province and serves as the base for visiting Iguazú Falls. After checking in, you can relax, browse the local craft markets, or grab a traditional Argentine meal on your own.

- Day 8
Iguazú Falls (Argentine Side)
Today you're exploring Iguazú National Park on the Argentine side using three different walkway circuits. You can choose the Lower Path (about 1,200 meters, roughly 2 hours, harder with lots of steps) for close-up views of the rapids and falls, or the Higher Path (about 1,300 meters, roughly 1 hour, easier with no steps) for views from the cliff edge. Another option is the Devil's Throat route using the Ecological Jungle Train and catwalk (about 1,100 meters, roughly 2 hours, flat) ending at large viewing platforms right at the falls' edge. The park protects the falls and subtropical rainforest around them.

- Day 9
Iguazú Falls (Brazilian Side)
This time you're seeing Iguazú Falls from the Brazilian side, which is on the western side of Paraná State. You'll access the park through the visitors' center and take modern panoramic buses to move through safely. A 1,200-meter catwalk walk lets you see about 275 waterfalls from this angle, including the four main ones called Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamín Constant, and the Devil's Throat. At the end, you ride a panoramic elevator back to the buses. The Brazilian park and the Argentine park together form one of South America's largest protected natural areas.
