Leave the city by speedboat along the Saigon River heading to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Cai Be to Sa Dec to Tan Chai
Board a traditional sampan in the morning and explore Cai Be, checking out the French gothic church and colorful port area. Visit rice paper and coconut candy manufacturers to see how these are made. Back on the ship for lunch, then continue cruising to Sa Dec. Walk through town and visit the colorful market, tour the former home of Huynh Thuy Le from Marguerite Duras' novel 'The Lover', and visit a traditional Cao Dai temple. The ship sails to Tan Chai as dinner is served.

Oudong to Oknha Tey
Travel to Oudong, Cambodia's former royal capital, and join a traditional Buddhist blessing ceremony with resident monks for good luck, health, and safe travels. Head back via Koh Chen village and check out local copperware workshops. Later, cruise to Oknha Tey and walk among stilt houses learning about traditional silk weaving. You'll see village women creating beautiful Khmer fabrics on their wooden looms.
