Itinerary
- Day 1
Naples to Sorrento
You'll meet the tour group in Naples at 11:30 AM, then head to Pompeii by private minivan. Once there, you can wander through the archaeological site at your own pace and see the preserved ruins. From there, continue on to Sorrento for check-in at your accommodation. In the late afternoon, there's an orientation walk through the old town where you'll pass by local shops and cafes to get your bearings. The evening is open for you to relax and settle in, or you can join the optional welcome dinner if you'd like.

Capri
Board a shared boat in Sorrento heading to Capri, and your guide will share details about the island's history during the sail. Once there, you can spend the day however you'd like—swim on the beach, walk around town, visit the Blue Grotto, or take the chairlift up Mount Solaro for views back toward the coast. In the afternoon, sail back toward Sorrento and take a refreshing swim at a natural pool near some ancient ruins as the sun starts setting.

Amalfi Coast - Positano - Amalfi
Travel along the Amalfi Coast, one of Italy's most impressive coastal drives. Stop in Amalfi to see the cathedral, relax on the beach, or try some local specialties. Continue on to Positano with its colorful houses built into the hillside and a pebble beach where you'll have several hours to swim, explore the narrow streets, or check out boutiques. Return to Sorrento with your evening free to find a restaurant with views or wander around further.

- Day 4
Sorrento - Naples - Florence
This morning you'll leave Sorrento and travel north to Naples for an orientation walk with your guide. You'll see important spots like Piazza del Plebiscito and the San Carlo Theatre to understand the city's character. After that, you have free time to hunt down authentic Neapolitan pizza for lunch wherever looks good to you. In the afternoon, board a high-speed train heading to Florence. Once you arrive and check in, your guide will take you on a walk through the historic centre with views of the river. The rest of the evening is yours to explore on your own, find a place for dinner, or join the optional traditional Florentine aperitivo if that interests you.

Tuscany - Chianti - San Gimignano
Head into the Tuscan countryside through the Chianti region where your guide shares stories about wine traditions and how people live there. Stop at a local winery to learn how they make wine and taste some Chianti, with an option to add food pairings. Then continue to San Gimignano, a medieval town famous for its towers and views of the countryside. You'll have time to wander around, browse local artisan shops, or grab gelato. Return to Florence with your evening free to relax or search out a good dinner.

Pisa to Cinque Terre
Take a train from Florence to Pisa where you'll have time to see the famous Leaning Tower and check out the Cathedral and Baptistery in Piazza dei Miracoli. From there, train to the Ligurian coast and explore Cinque Terre villages like Riomaggiore, Vernazzo, or Manarola. Spend time walking the narrow lanes, taking in sea views, browsing shops, going on coastal walks for panoramic vistas, or eating fresh seafood with local white wine. Return to Florence in the evening.

You can spend your final hours in Florence visiting a museum, walking through the historic streets, or grabbing one last gelato. Depart whenever it works for your travel plans, or stay longer and keep exploring Italy if that appeals to you.
