- Day 1
Hanoi
Your driver greets you at the airport and takes you straight to your hotel. Check-in happens from 2:00 PM onward, so you've got the afternoon and evening to settle in. Whether you want to wander around the neighborhood, rest after travel, or grab dinner at a nearby restaurant is entirely up to you. It's a good time to get oriented and recover from your journey.

- Day 2
Hanoi to Sapa
Pick up at 6:00-6:30 AM to board a sleeper bus heading toward Sapa. The route takes you through mountain roads and valleys with rice terraces along the way, arriving around 1:00 PM. After checking in and having a welcome drink, you'll trek through Cat Cat Village to see the Black H'mong people and visit a waterfall plus an old French power station. Dinner is traditional Vietnamese food, then you have free time to check out Sapa's evening options.

- Day 3
Sapa
After breakfast you head to the Fansipan Cable Car Station for a 20-minute ride with views of the Hoang Lien Son mountains. At 2,800 meters elevation, there's a 600-step hike to the summit taking about 1.5 hours, plus a spiritual pagoda and photo stops at the top. The cable car brings you back down and lunch happens in town. This afternoon involves a 700m walk from Sapa Church to Moana View, where you'll find photo spots like Bali Gate, Infinity Lake, Lonely Tree, and a swing. Dinner and free evening follow.

- Day 4
Sapa to Hanoi
Breakfast at your hotel, then you have free time to wander Sapa before checkout at noon. Grab lunch and relax a bit, then board the bus around 1:00-2:00 PM for the trip back to Hanoi. You'll arrive at the Hanoi bus station around 8:00-8:30 PM, ending your tour.

- Day 5
Hanoi to Ninh Binh
Pick up at 7:00 AM for a 2-hour drive to Ninh Binh with a short break for Vietnamese coffee. You'll explore Hoa Lu, an ancient capital from the 10th century with temples to old kings and historic architecture. After a 45-minute cycling tour through rural areas and karst landscapes, lunch includes local goat meat. In the afternoon, a 2-hour boat trip through Trang An UNESCO site shows you caves and limestone peaks. Then climb 500 steps at Mua Cave for 360-degree views before returning to Hanoi around 7:30 PM.

Pick up at 9:00 AM from the Old Quarter with a warm greeting and refreshments. You'll spend the morning at an interactive coffee workshop learning Vietnamese coffee history and techniques, then make five different brews hands-on with fresh local beans. Taste what you make, try some Vietnamese wines, and get a recipe book plus certificate. Hotel drop-off around 12:00-12:30 PM. Free time until your evening transfer to Ha Giang by sleeper or limousine bus (7:30-8:00 PM or 3:00-3:30 PM depending on which you choose).

Ha Giang
You arrive at your Ha Giang homestay around 8:00-8:30 AM and get a safety briefing for easy rider motorbikes. Heading out on mountain roads, you'll stop at Bac Sum Slope for views and refreshments, then ride through Dong Van Karst Plateau seeing rice fields, limestone formations, and traditional villages. Major viewpoints include Quan Ba Heaven Gate mountain pass and the Twin Mountains. Lunch in Yen Minh features local northern specialties. Afterward you visit Tham Ma Slope and Vuong Family Palace learning about H'mong history and architecture. Check into your Dong Van homestay by 6:00 PM for a family dinner.

- Day 8
Ha Giang
Start with a big homestay breakfast, then head out for the most dramatic day. Ma Pi Leng Pass gives you jaw-dropping views of the Nho Que River carving through the canyon. Stop at Sky Walk for photos and consider an optional boat ride (extra cost). You'll meet H'mong people in indigo clothing, visit villages, and see artisans working with hemp fabrics. Afternoon travels on backroads through pine forests and valleys with equally great views. Lunch happens in Yen Minh before returning to Ha Giang City by 5:30 PM. After freshening up at the office, the sleeper bus leaves at 9:00 PM.

Hanoi Departure
