    We wanted to visit the Visayas in the Philippines and found a tour on tourradar that included the spots we wanted to visit. It was well organized and we were able to slightly adapt parts of it after talking to the organizer. For one of the transfers we didn't know when we should be ready but it went well without any problems.

    We had a very enjoyable trip through Japan, which was rarely marred by problems, most of which were quickly solved by a Google search. Unfortunately, we only received our travel documents very late (approx. 5 days before departure), which is a bit late for such an extensive trip. Otherwise, I always received a prompt response to my inquiries. The suggested and booked tours were in most cases very interesting and informative.
