Itinerary
- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho
The day starts with hotel pick-up at 7:30am, heading out to Cai Be where you'll hop on a boat to explore the Tien River. You'll see fruit orchards and local villages from the water, then stop at a coconut fudge factory and crispy rice workshop to see how they're made. Fresh fruit and folk music come next before you paddle through scenic canals. Lunch happens in a local garden with Vietnamese specialties cooked right there. Afterward, you'll cycle through the orchards and check out Ba Kiet's ancient house. From there, it's back to Cai Be and then the drive to Can Tho for the night.

- Day 2
Chau Doc
This one starts early at 6:00am with breakfast at your hotel, then you're on a boat heading down the Hau river tributaries to see the Cai Rang Floating Market, which gets pretty busy and lively. You'll tour a local noodle factory and visit Munir Ansay Pagoda, a well-known Khmer temple. The boat then takes you to Con Son where there's a fruit plantation to explore. After lunch, you head to Chau Doc and get into a rowing boat through Tra Su Forest's mangrove woods. Before dinner, you'll visit Ba Chua Xu Temple and get settled at your hotel, finishing with dinner at a local restaurant.

- Day 3
Chau Doc to Ho Chi Minh City
Check out at 6:00am and have breakfast, then spend time at the floating village and Cham Village to learn about the local culture and heritage. Next you'll walk through the Chau Doc Market, which has lots of fresh produce and local foods. Hang Temple is a hidden cave sanctuary up on Sam Mountain with Buddhist sculptures inside, so you'll spend time there. Ba Chua Xu Temple gets a visit for paying respects before heading to Long Xuyen City. Lunch happens at a local restaurant, then you make the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City where the tour wraps up.
