Helsinki
You'll arrive in Helsinki whenever works best for your schedule and check into your hotel. Later, there's a welcome meeting with your CEO where you'll meet the rest of the group. After that, take a short walk around the city to get oriented to your surroundings. If you're interested, an optional group dinner is happening this evening.

Landmarks Helsinki - Day 2
Helsinki to Rovaniemi
Start the day with your CEO leading an orientation walk through Mannerheinmintie, the newly built Helsinki library, and the Lutheran Church. You've got free time during the day to walk around and explore on your own before heading to the train station. At 10:00 p.m., board an overnight train to Rovaniemi in Lapland for a scenic journey through the night.

Landmarks Mannerheinmintie Helsinki Library Lutheran Church - Day 3
Rovaniemi
You'll arrive in Rovaniemi this morning and get settled at your hotel for the next four nights. Head out to a local husky kennel where you can spend time with the dogs and meet the mushers, and there's an optional wheeled sleigh ride if you want to try it. From there, go to a traditional reindeer farm to interact with the animals and talk with indigenous herders. Grab a traditional lunch before returning to Rovaniemi for some free time. In the evening, check out a local handicraft workshop and optionally join a group dinner.

Rovaniemi - Arctic Circle
Today you cross the Arctic Circle and visit Santa Claus Village to write and mail holiday wishes from Santa's post office. You'll have free time to explore the village and grab lunch, plus the chance to meet Santa himself if you'd like. Later, transfer to the Kuoksa wilderness for a campfire experience under the midnight sun.

Landmarks Santa Claus Village Arctic Circle - Day 5
Rovaniemi
Pick your own adventure today with two included options: take a fat tire e-bike ride through the landscape or head out on nature trails for a hike. Both let you explore the wilderness at your own pace. The rest of the afternoon and evening are free, so you can relax back at your hotel or keep exploring Rovaniemi.

Rovaniemi
Your last day in Lapland is flexible and you decide how to spend it.
