Boarding
You'll board the MS Michelangelo at 6 p.m. and meet the crew right away. There's a welcome cocktail to kick things off, then the evening is yours to get settled into your cabin and explore the ship at your own pace.

Venice
Start with a guided tour through the Doge's Palace and walk across the Bridge of Sighs. Later, check out the Christmas village at Campo Santo Stefano before heading to St. Mark's Square as evening comes. Then head to San Vidal Church where the Interpreti Veneziani perform Vivaldi for you.

Burano - Murano
Wander through the Dorsoduro district and stop at the Santa Maria della Salute Basilica to see its nativity scene. After that, you'll take a boat to Burano, the colorful island known for lace and painted houses. Later a private boat takes you to Murano for Venetian glass and Christmas decorations.

Padua
You'll sail across the Venetian lagoon to Chioggia and taste some regional sweet specialties. Then a coach takes you to Padua where you can visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony and browse the Christmas markets spread through the historic squares there.
