Puerto Vallarta to Guadalajara
You'll leave the beach and head inland to Guadalajara. After arriving, you'll visit a real tequila distillery to see how it's made and taste a few samples. Later, wander through the city's old and new architecture, check out the four main squares and the cathedral. Once night falls, you'll catch some live Mariachi bands and explore the nightlife scene.

Back in Mexico City by evening to process all that history.

After exploring, you'll jump into a cenote to cool off and escape the heat. You'll be back in Cancun by evening.

Water taxis take you back to the mainland, dropping you in Belize City. You'll get a quick tour of the city, then cross into Guatemala. From there, travel overland through Guatemala's Peten forests to your hotel, where you'll settle in for the night surrounded by natural sounds.

Peten to Antigua Guatemala

Later, you fly to Guatemala City and then to Antigua, a colonial town nestled between two large volcanoes. You'll notice colorful rooftop gardens mixed with old buildings and still-used horse-drawn carriages around town.
