Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Seoul
Get transferred to your hotel and get settled in. During the afternoon, there's an information session about your tour to help you understand what's coming up.
- Day 2
DMZ Cheorwon and Seoul Evening Tour
Head out early toward the DMZ in the Cheorwon region where you'll see the Second Tunnel, Cheorwon Peace Observatory (with North Korea views), the abandoned Woljeong-ri railway station, and Baek Ma Battle Memorial. After that, stop by a local makgeolli producer before heading back to Seoul. By evening, you'll check out City Hall and Deoksugung Palace, which has beautiful evening lighting. Grab some shopping time in Myeongdong, have dinner at a local spot, then take the metro back to your hotel.

Extended Seoul City Tour
Spend five hours exploring Seoul with stops at Changdeokgung Palace (a UNESCO site), then walk through Bukchon Hanok Village to see traditional homes. The War Memorial of Korea museum comes next, followed by heading down to Gangnam District for shopping and entertainment. Lotte World Tower (550 meters) offers both an observation deck and surrounding park and mall options. You'll have free time back at the hotel after returning.

Gyeongbokgung Palace to Jeonju
Start at Gyeongbokgung Palace, a historic site with over 600 years of history where you might catch the ceremonial changing of the guard. Then travel south to Suwon, Korea's former capital, to see its UNESCO World Heritage walls and visit Hwaseong Haenggung (the summer palace). Later head to Jeonju to explore the historic Hanok Village with traditional houses, shops, and art galleries.

Sunchang Gochujang Village, Damyang Bamboo Forest, and Haeinsa Temple to Busan
Depart for Sunchang Gochujang Village at Mount Amisan's base where you'll learn to make traditional Korean chili paste (gochujang) with master artisans. From there, travel to Damyang for a walk through Juknokwon Bamboo Forest with some of the country's most beautiful paths around. Check out the Bamboo Museum and have lunch with rice cooked inside a bamboo stalk. Then head to Haeinsa, an important Buddhist temple (built in 802) that holds the Tripitaka (80,000 wooden Buddhist scripture tablets). Finish by traveling to Busan, Korea's second-largest city.

Busan Coastal and Cultural Exploration
Leave Busan to visit Haedong Yonggung, a 14th-century Buddhist temple right by the sea. Return to Busan and explore the UN Memorial Cemetery, then see the country's largest fish market near Nampo Port. After lunch, walk through Yongdusan Park and check out its 120-meter pagoda. Head to Songdo Beach to try the country's first marine cable car (if weather allows) with bay views. End your evening exploring Gamcheon Culture Village with its colorful buildings, maze-like alleyways, art galleries, pottery workshops, and cafes. Return to Busan for the night.
