- JCJill· May 22nd, 2025We were a group of four that used TourRadar to take us to Czech, Slovakia and Poland. We were not aware that there was an "operator" named Europamundo that delivered the tour. We were not happy with their operation or how the tour was conducted. We have been on tours before with Trafalfar, Toucan and G Adventures and were quite satisfied. TourRadar want to pass me on to Europamundo but I have had no success getting in touch with Europamundo to express the concerns and comments that we have. Their website for feedback is limited. I filled out a "form" asking for someone to contact me but nothing to date. I have a list of deficiencies that I am happy to elaborate on if someone would ever be in touch. It's a lot to write here but I will if someone wants me to.Show more

Entrance hour on the ticket seemed wrong. No guidance there. Such an important memorial - Had to wait 2 hours to get in .
