Jane· September 25th, 2025It was fine. Not great. They are very much stuck in the past with rigid meal times and a lot of unnecessary formality. They do t seem to know what to do with a solo traveller and there's little chance of meeting people when you are sat in the same seat at the same table with the same people every meal. Lots of eating ( very formal). Very ordinary included wine. Cabins are spacious and comfortable.Show more

We reported it immediately and the ships manager Mr. Hansen did his best - engineering services etc - to moderate the stench but it was with us from Budapest to completion. We filed a report with Luffner via their website but to date there has been zero response. We have asked our travel agent to follow up in case they have more clout. Immaculate ships, exceptional crew and delicious food and wines. The chef is very accommodating and tries to cater to every passengers wishes. I can't say anything but positive things about Amadeus!
