We reported it immediately and the ships manager Mr. Hansen did his best - engineering services etc - to moderate the stench but it was with us from Budapest to completion. We filed a report with Luffner via their website but to date there has been zero response. We have asked our travel agent to follow up in case they have more clout. Immaculate ships, exceptional crew and delicious food and wines. The chef is very accommodating and tries to cater to every passengers wishes. I can't say anything but positive things about Amadeus! - Heidi· October 5th, 2021This is our first river cruise. Amadeus Imperial is a beautiful river cruise vessel with excellent staff and service. Our room was very clean and serviced daily. The entire staff is efficient and quickly responds to any request. Cruise Director Marc was entertaining and innovative with games before and after dinner and a few shows from local performers. Loved the Panorama Bar and the nightly singer duo Tina and Ioane, the restaurant with sumptuous meals (I gained 3 pounds) and awesome sundeck. Kudos to Luftner and the entire Amadeus Imperial staff.
