- Day 1
Arrival
The day starts with airport pickup and a 30-minute drive to the resort. After checking in from 2:00 PM onward, you'll get a welcome drink and can settle into your room. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing by the pool or beach.

Fitness & Wellness
Early morning cardio at 7:00 AM (choose from hiking, MTB, aquagym, or muay thai). Fuel up with organic breakfast at 9:30 AM, then move into a 75-90 minute yoga class. Lunch is at noon with raw, vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian options. Afternoon strength and conditioning runs 4:00-5:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM and free time to unwind.
