Of course the tour operator, Kiktours, was not responsible for the inclement weather. As I mentioned last time, our tour director, Erika, was a real gem. Top notch! In addition, Kiktours did make their best efforts to find a Spanish speaking guide, and were only unable to do so in Vilnius. The guides were well trained and informed, and clearly proud of their countries. And, it was a pleasure to have their personal attention for just the two of us! And I would put in a good word for the drivers too! I do still think that the hotels chosen should have heat available at any time of year…it is Northern Europe after all, and the rooms were chilly in the evening. Apologies in my prior review that I got into the question of a refund for time not spent on the itinerary, which was not Kiktours’ responsibility.
