Itinerary
- Day 1
Hobart
You'll arrive in Hobart and get settled at your hotel. At 3 pm, your guide takes you around the city for a quick orientation of the main spots. Later that evening, head to a local restaurant where you'll meet the other travelers and enjoy a welcome dinner to kick things off.

- Day 2
Hobart to Freycinet Peninsula
Drive to Richmond first to see the Georgian architecture and Australia's oldest sandstone bridge. From there, head along Tasmania's east coast passing through Orford, Triabunna, and Swansea. The drive brings you to Freycinet Peninsula where you'll walk through Friendly Beaches before arriving at your accommodation in Freycinet National Park for the night.

- Day 3
Freycinet Peninsula
A 4-hour boat trip takes you through Freycinet National Park toward Wineglass Bay. Keep watch for dolphins, albatrosses, and if you're lucky, seasonal humpback whales near Hazard's Coast. You'll have lunch (typical Tasmanian fare) served at anchor in the bay. After eating, a 1.5-hour hike leads to a viewing platform with great views of the area. By afternoon, you've got time to explore the white beaches around the national park on your own.

Bay of Fires to Launceston
Spend the day at Bay of Fires, a 50-kilometer stretch of coastline with deep blue water, white sand, and those distinctive orange granite rocks. Stop at St Columba Fall (one of Tasmania's highest waterfalls) during the day. Then continue inland to Launceston where you'll stay overnight.

Launceston Departure
In the morning, take a city tour of Launceston with a visit to Cataract Gorge to see the natural landscape. Around 11 am, you'll transfer to the airport for your departure or if you're doing a tour extension, that arrangement gets sorted out then.
