Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll arrive at Cairo Airport where someone from the tour will meet you and take you to your hotel. After you check in, the rest of the day is open. You can walk around the city and see what catches your interest, or just settle in at the hotel and rest up after your flight.

Cairo
Following breakfast, you'll head out on a guided tour to the Pyramids of Giza. You'll get to go inside the Cheops Pyramid and see the burial chambers, then check out the Great Sphinx. Later, the group goes to the Grand Egyptian Museum where you can see thousands of artifacts including items from Tutankhamun's tomb. By evening, you'll walk through Khan El Khalili Bazaar downtown with its narrow streets, shops selling souvenirs, and local food spots to grab dinner.

- Day 3
Cairo to Alexandria
After breakfast, you'll travel to Alexandria for a guided tour of the city. First up is Pompey's Column, a 30-meter tall structure made from pink granite. Then you'll see the entrance to the Kom el-Shoqafa Catacombs located on a hilltop. From there, you'll spend time in the Montaza Gardens around Khedive Abbas's palace where you can take a walk or relax by the beach. You'll also visit the Alexandrina Bibliotheca, a modern library with 13 different departments. Before heading back, you'll see the Qaitbay Citadel, which was built around 1480 on the remains of an old lighthouse.

Alexandria to Cairo
You'll have breakfast at your hotel and then check out before the drive back to Cairo. The drive gives you time to relax and take in the scenery. Once you get back to the city, the rest of the day is yours to do what you want. You can hang out at the hotel pool or head out on your own to see parts of Cairo that interest you.
