Itinerary
- Day 1
Charlottetown
Meet your group and local leader at 10 am for a welcome meeting in Charlottetown, then take a leader-led walking tour through the historic downtown area. Your afternoon is open, so you can wander around on your own and check out whatever interests you. Later, you'll head back for a special evening dinner featuring a traditional lobster and mussel boil on a local fisherman's private property along the Points East Coastal Drive.

Charlottetown Harbour
Drive to the Greenwich section of Prince Edward Island National Park and walk the dune trail to see the rare parabolic dune system and white sand beaches. You'll look for coastal plant species and seabirds along the way. After that, head to Skmaqn-Port la Joye-Fort-Amherst National Historic Site to check out harbour views and learn about the first permanent European settlement. The day finishes with a wine tasting at a family-run winery.

Lennox Island - Summerside
Drive from Charlottetown to Summerside with stops along the route. In Cavendish, explore Green Gables Heritage Place and the area that inspired L.M. Montgomery's 'Anne of Green Gables' novels. You have the option to grab lunch at Cape Tyron Lighthouse before heading to Lennox Island. There you'll meet a Mi'kmaq guide at the cultural centre, learn about Mi'kmaq culture and history, make traditional bannock at a campfire, and visit St. Anne church. See the unique Bottle Houses, a village made from thousands of bottles, then settle into your accommodation in coastal Summerside for the night.

Moncton
Spend your morning in Summerside exploring at your own pace. Check out local museums, galleries, cultural centres, or walk through historic neighbourhoods. In the afternoon, head to Shediac Bay for a cruise on a working lobster boat with local fishers. Stop in Shediac Town to see the giant lobster statue, then get a hands-on demonstration of lobster fishing and fresh-caught lobster dinner right on board. After that, drive to Moncton and check into your hotel for the night.

Saint John
Cross into New Brunswick and head to Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park, arriving at low tide. Join a naturalist guide for a walk right out onto the sea floor to get close to the towering sandstone Flowerpot Rocks formations. The bay's tides reach up to 16 metres, so the timing of this walk matters a lot. Stop at Cap Enrage with its charming lighthouse, then continue through Fundy National Park. You'll arrive in the historic seaport city of Saint John and enjoy a group dinner to celebrate.
