I have to say though that I was so pleased all around with their service. phoebe was incredibly patient with me as I made changes to our ambitious itinerary and was always timely and thorough in replying to all of my many inquiries. He was also so helpful in guiding me to create a once-in-a-lifetime personalized experience that would suit our family’s interests. Additionally, the service in Japan was also top-notch. Our tour guide Karen kept us organized and was so incredibly kind, helpful, informative, and energetic. Both she and our drivers were well versed in local culture and were able to effectively help us navigate and explore all of our must-see items seamlessly. I was beyond grateful for the private and personalized service they offered. I would have been lost without all their help and expertise.
