UME travel were suppoprtive and flexible. - DLDAVID· October 13th, 2025We just wrapped up the 10-Days Japan Delight with Hiroshima (Private Guide, No Group) tour, and honestly, it was fantastic from start to finish. Right from Day 1 in Osaka, everything felt well planned and relaxed — no stress, just smooth transitions. On Day 2 we zipped over to Hiroshima via the Shinkansen, which was super cool, and Day 3 exploring Miyajima + seeing the floating torii and deer was one of the highlights. The freedom days in Osaka and Kyoto were perfect for just wandering and getting that local feel. The balance between guided days (Kyoto, Hiroshima, Tokyo) and free days was just right. Our guide was amazing — funny, flexible, full of stories, and always ready to adjust to what we wanted to see. Hotels were comfy and well located. All in all, this tour gave us the wow factor without being overwhelming. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a customized, family-friendly, no-group experience of Japan.
