- Day 1
Zagreb
You'll arrive in Zagreb and settle into your hotel. Your tour leader meets you at 6:00 PM for a welcome meeting, then you'll head out to a local restaurant for authentic Croatian food. If you get there early, the cobblestone streets of Gornji Grad are right there to explore, and the world's shortest funicular is worth checking out if you have time.

Plitvice Lakes National Park
This morning you'll drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 16 clear lakes separated by travertine barriers and waterfalls. You'll follow marked trails on wooden promenades, take a ferry across Lake Kozjak, and do a circuit tour that lasts around three hours total through the natural landscape.

Sibenik
You'll travel along scenic backroads and arrive in Zadar around noon. After checking out the Church of Saint Donatus and the Sea Organ on the waterfront, you'll head to Sibenik in the late afternoon. The narrow alleyways there are worth walking through, and you can grab seafood or black risotto along the Riva waterfront for dinner.

Sibenik Archipelago
Today you'll take a public ferry to explore the Sibenik archipelago. First stop is Zlarin Island where you can see the Croatian Coral Centre and the clear marina. From there you'll go to car-free Prvic Island for lunch in Prvic Luka, visit the Faust Vrancic Memorial Centre, and take an afternoon walk to see old Dalmatian stone houses in Prvic Sepurine before heading back to Sibenik.

Split
You'll drive along the twisting Dalmatian coastal road to Trogir, a medieval harbour town where you can walk through cobblestone squares and see the Romanesque cathedral. Later you'll arrive in Split, check into your hotel, then do a guided walking tour of Diocletian's Palace and the Old Town with its narrow streets and pre-Romanesque churches. By evening you'll stroll along the Riva seafront promenade.

Split to Dubrovnik
After early breakfast, you'll transfer to Split Port and catch a fast passenger ferry to Dubrovnik, which takes approximately 4.5 hours. The ferry stops at Brac, Hvar, Korcula, and Mljet islands along the way. You'll check in at your hotel on the Lapad Peninsula, then head out for a guided evening walking tour of the Old Town with a local historian who'll show you Sponza Palace, St Blaise church, the Jesuit Staircase, and Rector's Palace.

You have the day to yourself in Dubrovnik. Picking up a Dubrovnik Card gives you access to various sights and public transport. If you want, there's an optional boat ride to Lokrum Island Nature Reserve with its Benedictine monastery and forest walks. In the afternoon, you'll join your tour leader for an included trip up Srd Hill via funicular to watch the sunset with sparkling wine and views over the city.

Your tour ends after breakfast at the hotel. You can depart from Dubrovnik whenever your flight is scheduled. The hotel can store your luggage if you need to head out later in the day.
