The highlights of different countries gave a great overview of the areas other and we have learned a lot. The company’s customer service is fantastic. They provide all the detailed information about the tour, how to meet the guide… and they followed up twice during the 14 days tour to make sure everything is ok. Our tour guide Eraldo is just amazing. He is very knowledgeable and he is a fantastic driver. On top of it, he is very caring and detailed. Every time we stood up, he would make sure we did not leave anything behind ; he made sure sure to show us how to get back to hotel when we insisted on going around by ourselves …and he speaks perfect English and very well read. First of all I would like to start by saying a big thank you to the choose Balkans tour operator as we have changed our tour the last minute since my partner had no visa to enter North Macedonia. Despite that within a mins time they put us on new one and it was just super. 3 days of visiting 2 UNESCO sites, hiking and splashing before the end at the Mediterranean Sea. We have also been extremely lucky to have one of the best tour guides I came across.
