Auckland
You'll arrive in Auckland whenever works for your flight. There are no scheduled activities until this evening, so the day is yours to wander the city however you'd like. Later on you'll meet your CEO and the rest of your travel group at a welcome meeting.

Auckland to Raglan
Head south on backroads to Bridal Veil Falls where a short walk through native bush brings you to the waterfall. After that you'll continue to Raglan, a surf town where you'll go sea kayaking in the harbour. Then settle into your accommodation right in town, where you'll stay for the next two nights.

Raglan
Spend the full day in Raglan, a laid-back coastal town known for its surf break. The morning includes a surf lesson on the beach. From there the afternoon is free for you to relax, walk around town, and hang out with your group soaking up the coastal atmosphere.

Raglan to Rotorua
Head toward Rotorua with a stop in Waitomo where you can choose to explore the famous Waitomo Caves and see glow worms lighting up the cave ceiling. Later you'll arrive in Rotorua to experience its geothermal activity. In the evening visit a thermal valley at Te Puia Village for a cultural experience by night.

Rotorua to Taupo
The morning in Rotorua is free to check out geothermal hot springs and bubbling mud pits on your own. In the afternoon you'll leave for Taupo with a stop at Huka Falls along the way. Once you arrive in Taupo, spend the afternoon sailing on New Zealand's largest lake.

Taupo to Wellington
Travel to Wellington, New Zealand's capital at the southern end of the North Island. You'll arrive early enough to visit the National Museum, Te Papa, which has historical Maori artifacts and modern exhibits. From your accommodation it's a short walk to the central business district, or ride the cable car up to hills overlooking the city. Later there's an optional night out in the central business district if you're interested.

Wellington to Sydney
Fly from Wellington to Sydney, which takes about 4 hours. Once you land in Australia's biggest city, the evening is free to settle in. Head down to The Rocks historic area at the harbour's edge to start exploring the city.

Sydney to Manly
Board a local ferry with your CEO and head to Manly Beach, one of Australia's most famous beaches. The area offers world-class surfing, nice water, and tree-lined streets. You can take a surf class, relax on the beach, or check out the shops and restaurants in town.

Sydney
This is a free day to explore Sydney on your own. There's plenty to do in this vibrant city. You might visit the Sydney Opera House, climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge, see some of the well-known museums, or eat at great restaurants throughout the city.

Sydney
You have one last day in Sydney to do any remaining must-sees. Ask your CEO for ideas and recommendations since there's always something happening here and they'll know what fits your interests best.

Sydney to Coffs Harbour
Board a train heading north to Coffs Harbour for an approximately 9-hour ride with nice coastal views. When the train arrives, a private vehicle will take your group to Spot X Surf Camp, where you'll be based for the next few days.

Coffs Harbour
Start early with a sunrise surf lesson on one of Australia's beautiful stretches of coastline. After surfing, go on a kangaroo trek. The afternoon is free to soak up views of Solitary Islands Marine Park, explore rockpools for sea creatures, or walk to Mullawarra Beach for a picnic.

Coffs Harbour to Byron Bay
Drive along the coastal road from Coffs Harbour to Byron Bay, passing through lush national parks, beaches, and rolling green hills. Grab lunch in this vibrant surf and arts town, then walk to Cape Byron Lighthouse to see the easternmost point in the country. If conditions are right you might see migrating whales and resident dolphins.

Byron Bay
Byron Bay is a hub for surfing and beach time, and the day is yours to explore. Walk along hidden beaches, play in the surf, grab a massage, or try skydiving for an adrenaline rush. You could also do sea kayaking or a dolphin watch. End with a surf session since locals say you haven't truly surfed until you've hit Byron Bay.

Byron Bay to Brisbane
Travel from Byron Bay to Brisbane, another seaside city along the coast. You have the whole day to explore this city. Consider visiting the City Botanic Gardens, hiking Mount Coot-Tha, or checking out the bars and restaurants. In the evening explore Eat Street Northshore night market or grab a beer under the lit-up Story Bridge in Fortitude Valley.

Brisbane to K'gari (Fraser Island)
An early morning starts your journey to K'gari, a World Heritage Area and the largest sand island in the world. You'll receive a traditional welcome from the Butchulla people. Then jump into a 4WD adventure with swimming in Boorangoora (Lake McKenzie), hiking through rainforest, and walking along the beach during sunset. Later sit around the campfire with your new friends and learn about Australia's Indigenous culture.

Noosa
Take an easy hike with your CEO through Noosa National Park along the waterways to reach the secluded Hell's Gate beach. Watch for koalas along the trail. The afternoon is free for lunch on Hastings Street, time at the beach, or renting a surfboard. Then take the ferry back before dinner.

Noosa
Enjoy a free day in the cute beachfront town of Noosa. Shop on Hastings Street for souvenirs, have coffee on the beach, or go surfing since many consider Noosa the best place for surfing in all of Australia. You can also stay at the hostel or join optional activities. In the afternoon head to the train station and settle in for an overnight train north to the Whitsundays.

Airlie Beach
Get off the train and take a short bus ride to Airlie Beach, the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. After dropping your bags you're free to explore Airlie Beach. Relax on the beach, take a day trip to the Great Barrier Reef, or do some shopping around town.

Whitsunday Islands
Climb aboard an ocean raft and zoom through the turquoise waters of the Whitsunday Islands. You'll have time to snorkel, go on bushwalks, visit Whitehaven Beach, and relax on the beach. This day will feel about as perfect as it gets.

Airlie Beach to Cairns
Head out early in the morning on a bus ride north to Cairns. The group will make a few stops along the way to stretch, see sights, and check out some of Australia's famous big things. Expect one of the longer travel days on this trip, but reaching the Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef makes it worthwhile.

Cairns
Cairns is perfect if you love warm weather and want access to the Great Barrier Reef. Take advantage of this free day to book optional activities that get you into nature. Snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef, go whitewater rafting, or try skydiving. Finish with a Big Night Out in Cairns alongside your fellow travelers.
