- Day 1
Arrival in Budapest
Your flight from the UK arrives in Budapest where your guide meets you at the airport. From there, you'll be transferred directly to your Travelmarvel river ship docked on the Danube River. This gives you time to settle into your cabin and get oriented before the cruise begins.

Budapest
After leaving the ship, you'll walk through Budapest with a local guide who shows you the city's significant historical sites throughout the day. You'll return to the ship by evening for a Gala Welcome Dinner while the vessel cruises the Danube, giving you nice views from the dining area.

Bratislava
Spend the day walking through Bratislava's Old Town on a guided tour. You'll head through the charming streets and stop at St. Martin's Cathedral, Primatial Palace, Main Square, and Michael's Gate. The whole area is compact, so you can really take in the architecture and narrow lanes without feeling rushed.

Vienna
Start with a drive along Vienna's Ringstrasse to see the major buildings from your seat. After that, you'll do a guided walk through the city centre hitting St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Graben, and Hofburg Palace. By afternoon, head over to Naschmarkt and spend some time browsing the food and craft stalls. If you're interested, there's an optional Mozart and Strauss Concert in the evening.

- Day 5
Dürnstein - Melk
You'll cruise to Dürnstein, a small town with hilltop castle ruins overlooking it. The morning is free to wander the cobbled streets, check out historic townhouses, and pop into local taverns. There's an optional wine tasting where you can try the region's Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Later, cruise through the Wachau Valley and arrive in Melk for a guided tour of the historic Melk Abbey.

Linz
You have choices today. Sign up for an optional trip to Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic, or head to Salzburg and visit Mondsee's famous Wedding Church from 'The Sound of Music'. If neither appeals to you, stay in Linz and explore at your own pace instead.

Passau
Walk through Passau's Altstadt on a guided tour, moving through the cobblestone lanes and seeing the historic centre. Then you'll head to the Aldersbach Brewery, which has been around since 1268. There's a guided tour of the brewery, a welcome from local musicians, and an Oktoberfest-style experience with locally brewed beer, food tastings, and live music.
