  We had such a wonderful time on our 7-day customized tour of Tokyo and the Kansai region! Huge thanks to Phoebe from UME Travel — she really listened to what we wanted and designed the perfect itinerary just for us. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged and totally stress-free from beginning to end. Our guide, Mori, was absolutely fantastic. He was always right on time every morning, super friendly, and his English was excellent. He made the sightseeing so much more fun with his humor and engaging explanations, and he was always happy to answer all our random questions — no matter how many we had! One of our favorite parts? Mori’s food recommendations! Every place he suggested was a hit — from cozy local spots to hidden gems we never would’ve found on our own. This trip gave us beautiful memories and a real appreciation for Japanese culture, and we’re so glad we chose to go with UME Travel. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a well-organized and personalized Japan adventure!

  We had such a great time on this 7-day Japan Golden Route tour! It was the perfect mix of comfort, culture, and connection — just what we were hoping for on our first trip as a couple to Japan. The small group setup (only 6 of us!) made everything feel personal and relaxed — no rushing from place to place, and we really had time to enjoy each spot. Every destination on the itinerary was well-chosen and super interesting, giving us a real taste of both traditional and modern Japan. Our guide was amazing — spoke excellent English, super easy to communicate with, and always made sure everyone was taken care of. You could really tell they cared. The 12-seater van we used was clean, comfy, and made the rides between cities smooth and pleasant. And let’s talk about the food — we absolutely loved the Japanese meals throughout the trip! From fresh sushi to cozy ramen shops, every bite was a win. The hotels were also in busy, vibrant areas, which made it super easy to explore and grab dinner or shop in the evenings. All in all, this was a fantastic tour — well organized, stress-free, and filled with unforgettable experiences. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, well-paced intro to Japan! 🇯🇵✨

  This 9-day private tour through Japan was everything we hoped for — and more! I traveled with a group of close friends, and we had such an amazing time thanks to UME Travel and especially Amber, our wonderful travel coordinator. From the start, Amber was incredibly patient and responsive. She listened to all our requests and quickly customized an itinerary that perfectly matched what we were looking for — no cookie-cutter plans here! We felt totally taken care of before the trip even began. But what really touched us was the surprise she planned during the tour — she noticed from my passport that my birthday would fall during the trip, and she actually arranged a birthday cake to be delivered to me while we were in Japan! I was so shocked and touched — it made the whole experience feel even more personal and special. The guides and drivers were all professional, friendly, and on time. Every day ran smoothly, and we got to explore so many incredible places — without any stress. Huge thanks to Amber and the UME Travel team for creating such a memorable experience for us.
