- Day 1
Marrakech to Mhamid
You'll leave Marrakech early in a minibus, heading south through the High Atlas foothills with views of green valleys and winding roads as you cross Tizi n'Tichka pass. The drive takes you toward Ouarzazat where you'll stop for lunch, then continue into the Draa Valley and on to Mhamid where your desert camp is located.

Desert Trek Rass Ennakhl to Sidi Naji
Start the morning trekking through sand dunes and a small oasis, then walk across a dry plain with more dunes ahead. You'll reach camp near the old caravanserai at Marabout Sidi Naji. Lunch happens at camp, and the rest of your afternoon is yours to relax or explore on your own.

- Day 3
Desert Trek Sidi Naji to Erg Lawina
This day begins with a trek over sand dunes, then across a wide dry plain where you'll pass ruins of an old souk. Continue through more dunes to reach camp positioned between the dunes of Erg Lawina where you'll stay for the night.

- Day 4
Desert Trek Erg Zmilat to Erg Zeher
After breakfast, you'll trek onto the dunes and across Erg Zeher, the largest dune of the entire trek. From there it's a dry plain followed by more dunes before reaching camp for lunch. Your afternoon is free to rest and recover from the day's hiking.

Landmarks Erg Zeher - Day 5
Desert Trek Erg Zeher to Erg Smer
Trek across the large dune Erg Zeher, then move through a dry plain and more dunes until you reach the Draa riverbed. Walk along the riverbed for a while before arriving at camp near Erg Smer. Lunch is served at camp with your afternoon free.

Landmarks Draa Riverbed Erg Smer - Day 6
Erg Chegaga to Ouarzazate or Aït Ben Haddou
A jeep takes you to Foum Zguid, then you'll switch to a minibus for the journey to either Aït Ben Haddou or Ouarzazate. You'll spend the night in a guesthouse at one of these locations.

Aït Ben Haddou to Marrakech
After breakfast, explore the historic Aït Ben Haddou village and its traditional architecture. The minibus then drives through the Ounila Valley to Telouet, where you have the option to visit Telouet Kasbah if interested. From there you'll head back to Marrakech, arriving around 4 PM.
