- Day 1
Belgrade
You'll arrive in Belgrade and head to your hotel to settle in. After checking in, take the afternoon to rest or walk around on your own. This evening, stroll through Skadarlija, the bohemian quarter with charming 19th-century kafanas where you can hear traditional music and try local dishes.

Belgrade
Start with a panoramic tour covering Brutalist buildings, Belgrade Waterfront, and views from Branko's Bridge. You'll visit the Temple of Saint Sava, then head through the pedestrian zone to Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street. After lunch, walk through Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park, which has nice river views.

Belgrade to Zagreb to Ljubljana
Check out and travel to Zagreb to see the medieval Kaptol district, the Franciscan monastery, and Dolac farmers market. From there, you'll continue into Slovenia, stopping at Otocec Castle on the Krka River. Later you'll reach Ljubljana for check-in and have free time to wander around, grab dinner, and get a feel for the city.

- Day 4
Lake Bled - Ljubljana
Explore Ljubljana's green spaces and buildings, including the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, Town Hall, and Mestni Trg square. You'll cross the iconic Triple Bridge, then head to Lake Bled for a traditional pletna boat ride to the island church. After visiting Bled Castle and trying the famous krempita cream cake, you'll return to Ljubljana for evening dining.

- Day 5
Ljubljana to Portorož
Check out and visit Postojna Cave, traveling by electric train through limestone formations. Then you'll head to the Goriska Hills wine region to see the medieval village of Smartno and taste local wines at a winery. You'll end the day in Portoroz on the Slovenian coast.

Portorož to Poreč
Head to Grozjan, a hilltop village with vibrant arts and medieval character. You'll watch a truffle-hunting demonstration in the forest with a trained dog, then try truffle-infused cheese and sausages with Istrian wine. After that, walk through Motovun with its medieval architecture and sweeping views, then check in to Porec.

Rovinj - Lim Bay - Pula - Poreč
Check out Rovinj, an Istrian gem with 18th-century Venetian architecture and cobbled streets. You'll visit Lim Bay to taste fresh oysters and seashells at a seaside restaurant near an oyster farm. From there, you'll see Pula's well-preserved Roman amphitheatre and other ancient Roman sites before heading back to Porec.

Poreč to Plitvice Lakes NP
Check out and stop in Opatija for coffee along the Lungomare promenade with sea views. You'll then drive through countryside toward Plitvice Lakes National Park for a 3-hour guided tour of the cascading upper and lower lakes. After lunch nearby, you'll check into your hotel.

- Day 9
Plitvice Lakes NP to Split
Check out and head toward the coast, stopping first in Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture on a tiny island. From there, continue to Split to see Diocletian's Palace, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, and the lively Riva promenade, then check into your hotel.

- Day 10
Hvar Island - Split
Drive to the ferry port and take a high-speed catamaran to Hvar Island. You'll walk through the Venetian-style old town on traffic-free cobbled streets and see the Renaissance Cathedral, Benedictine Convent, Franciscan monastery, and Church of Our Lady of Mercy. You'll have free time for boat trips, beaches, or hiking to Milna Bay before returning to Split in the late afternoon.

Split to Dubrovnik
Check out and drive along the Dalmatian coast with views of islands, vineyards, olive groves, and stone villages. You'll cross the Peljeshac Bridge to reach the peninsula, then visit a winery to taste Plavac Mali wine and learn about local winemaking. Stop in Ston for oyster tasting and views of the Ston Walls, then head to Dubrovnik.

You'll learn about Game of Thrones filming spots and the history of the Republic of Ragusa. Free time lets you try the cable car to Srdj Hill, walk the walls, dine with views above town, or take an optional sunset cruise on a replica 16th-century galleon.
