Niagara-on-the-Lake - Niagara Falls - Toronto
This morning covers Toronto's main attractions before heading to Niagara-on-the-Lake, a 19th-century town with lake views and flowers. There's an optional helicopter ride available if you want to see the Whirlpool Rapids, Rainbow Bridge, and Canadian Horseshoe Falls from above. Back in Toronto by evening, you can relax at your hotel or head to CN Tower for panoramic city and lake views.

After that, it's on to Ottawa for a cooking class at Just Food, a non-profit working on sustainable food and farming. You'll learn cooking techniques using local Canadian ingredients like maple sugar, haskaps, Labrador tea, and wildflowers. The day wraps up with a three-course dinner and wine.

By afternoon you'll travel to Montreal, a diverse French-speaking city in Quebec.
