Itinerary
- Day 1
Fethiye to St. Nicholas Island
You'll meet at Fethiye Harbour at 10:00 for check-in and a briefing before getting on your gulet. The boat heads to Butterfly Valley where you can swim and have lunch, plus there's an optional hike up to the waterfall if you're interested. After that, it's on to Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon) where paragliding is available if you want to try it. By evening you'll anchor at St. Nicholas Island with time to walk around the ruins and catch the sunset.

Aquarium Bay to Kekova
This starts early with a cruise along the Patara stretch to Aquarium Bay where breakfast is served and you can swim. From there you head to Kas village to shop around and check out the ancient Antiphellos theatre. Scuba diving is an option if that interests you. Later in the day you'll anchor in one of the secluded bays between Kas and Kekova for the night.

Sunken City to Kekova
You'll visit the Sunken City, an ancient Lycian site that's 2,000 years old and was destroyed by an earthquake back in the 2nd century. The cruise takes you alongside the ruins, but swimming and snorkeling aren't allowed here since it's a World Heritage Site. After that you anchor at Kekova and can walk up to Simena Castle for views over the bay. There's homemade dried fig ice cream at the castle if you want to try it.

Demre to Gokkaya Bay
You'll start with a morning swim and breakfast. Then the boat cruises to Demre Cayagzi Harbour for lunch, and this is where 4-day guests get off. If you're continuing, you can explore shops and nearby Lycian tombs. In the afternoon you cruise back toward the Sunken City and Kekova area, with a chance to revisit Simena Castle or see the famous casket in the water. By evening you anchor at Gokkaya Bay, a turtle breeding ground where you might be able to swim with turtles.

Kas
You're back in Kas with time to shop or just relax at local cafes and have great coffee. Scuba diving is available again if you want to go out. Just keep in mind you should book online before the cruise starts if you want discounted rates on that.

Butterfly Valley to St. Nicholas Island
After waking up in Butterfly Valley, you'll have time for swimming or an optional hike to the waterfall. Next you visit Oludeniz, which is the most photographed beach in the world, and there's optional paragliding if you're interested. You'll return to St. Nicholas Island for the night where you can explore the ruins or watch the sunset.

St. Nicholas Island to Fethiye
On your last day the gulet takes a leisurely start. You'll have a morning swim and breakfast at St. Nicholas Island before cruising to a bay near Fethiye for lunch and one final swim. You'll arrive back at Fethiye Harbour between 12:30 and 1:30 pm to disembark. From there it's a transfer to your hotel where you have free time for the rest of the day.

Fethiye to Pamukkale
You'll visit Saklikent Gorge Canyon, which is one of Turkey's longest and most striking canyons with cold water running through imposing mountains. You walk through the gorge to explore it. River tubing and swimming are optional in the refreshing canyon waters. Later in the day you continue on to Pamukkale to stay overnight.

Pamukkale to Cappadocia
You're at Pamukkale, known as the 'cotton castle', with its natural hot springs and white travertine terraces formed by carbonate minerals. You can bathe in the thermal pools and walk around the distinctive landscape. Then you head to Cappadocia, passing through charming small towns and villages along the way. By evening you check in at your hotel and have leisure time before exploring Cappadocia tomorrow.

Cappadocia
There's an optional early sunrise hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia's fairy chimneys and landscapes, but you can also sleep in for a leisurely breakfast if that's not your thing. You'll explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Goreme including the Goreme Museum, Pigeon Valley, Uchisar, and Cavusin. In the afternoon you visit local handicraft manufacturers to learn about traditional art forms. An optional Turkish night cultural event is available in the evening.

Cappadocia to Istanbul
In the morning you explore Derinkuyu Underground City, an extraordinary subterranean complex sitting 60 meters below ground with a church, wells, food stores, and stables. Next you visit Salt Lake (Tuz Golu), a striking white or pink salt lake in central Turkey known for its vast salt deposits, unique ecosystems, and migratory birds. The landscape is excellent for photos. You depart for Istanbul with a late evening arrival.
