    What a fantastic experience with Sujan and his team from Alpine Club of Himalaya. We had originally booked and paid to do an Everest Base Camp tour with them in 2022. Days before our departure I had an accident which prevented me from going. Not only did he keep in touch with us the whole time to see how I progressed, but kept his prices as originally booked when I was eventually strong enough to do the mountain in November 2024. Pasang was a fantastic guide and gave us so much information about Everest, Nepal and all the different religious believes. He made sure that our every need was looked after on the trek. We stayed in lovely tea houses. Sujan's attention to detail is fantastic and we did not have to worry about anything. Our transport was arranged and on time every single time. He helped us negotiate our shopping and made sure we had all the right clothing for Everest Base Camp before we went. His arrangements for our tour to Pokhara was perfect. We could just sit back and relax. I would definitely use him again, and can recommend him to the most pedantic traveler!

    • For any tour departing before July 8th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 8th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Alpine Club of Himalaya. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
