- Day 1
Perth
You'll arrive in Perth and meet up with your Travel Director for a city tour followed by time in Kings Park. The Botanic Garden here has over 3,000 different plant species spread across the grounds, so there's plenty to walk through. Later this evening you'll have dinner with your travel companions to get to know everyone before the trip really gets going.

Wave Rock
Head out to Wave Rock, a 110-metre granite formation with rainbow-colored bands that took around three million years to shape. You'll meet local farmer Sheenagh who talks about life in the outback and has a collection of vintage cars on display. After that you get time to explore the open countryside around the property.

Kalgoorlie
You're heading into the WA outback to Kalgoorlie, which still has architecture left over from the gold rush days lining its wide streets. The Super Pit open-cut gold mine can be viewed from above, and then you'll check out Hannans North Mine where the massive loaders and haul trucks give you a real sense of how big the historical mining operations were along the Golden Mile.

- Day 4
Cape Le Grand National Park
Cape Le Grand National Park covers 31,000 hectares with heathlands, rugged coastal peaks, and white sandy beaches to explore. You'll get to Thistle Cove to listen for the Whistling Rock, then move on to Lucky Bay where kangaroos sometimes hang out on the beach. It's a nice spot for photos and time by the water.

Stirling Range National Park
You'll travel through some of WA's best wilderness areas, including Stirling Range National Park where over 1,500 plant species grow (many only found here). There's a climb up to Bluff Knoll Lookout, which sits at one of the state's highest peaks and gives you views across the whole region.

Albany
This is your free day in Albany to spend however you like. Some people explore the town's history as the last port for ANZAC troopships during WWI. Others head to Torndirrup National Park to see dramatic cliffs and watch for migrating whales. There are also food and wine spots around town if that's more your speed.

Margaret River
The Tree Top Walk in Valley of the Giants takes you 40 metres up into the forest canopy for a bird's-eye perspective of the soaring tingle trees. Later you'll visit Hamelin Bay Wines in the Margaret River region where there's a hosted tasting at the cellar door featuring sparkling, shiraz, rosé, and reserve chardonnay.

Busselton - Fremantle
You're traveling through Margaret River wine country where vineyards sit right near the coastline. Then you head to Busselton to see the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere at 1.8 kilometres long. The rest of the afternoon is free in Fremantle, and the markets there have over 150 stalls to walk through.

Fremantle
Fremantle has a nice foreshore to wander around, and you can take your time over lunch or grab a drink. If you want a bit of direction, there are guided local tours that show you spots most visitors skip. Another option is taking the ferry to Rottnest Island for the day to see quokkas and the turquoise water.
