- Day 1
Cusco
You'll arrive in Cusco and meet your local representative who handles your transfer to the hotel in the historical center, right near Plaza de Armas. From there, the evening is open for you to wander through Cusco's markets, check out the colonial architecture, and grab dinner at whatever restaurants catch your eye.

- Day 2
Sacred Valley
Your guide takes you through the Sacred Valley, starting at Pisac where you'll browse the artisans' and antiques market. Then you hike up to the Inca ruins that overlook the Urubamba River. After lunch with traditional Andean food by the riverbanks, you'll head to Ollantaytambo ruins before transferring to your accommodation in the Sacred Valley for the night.

- Day 3
Inca Trail to Aguas Calientes
You're picked up around 4 am to catch the train to KM 104 where the trek starts. After crossing the Urubamba River on a cable and wood bridge, you'll see the Chachabamba ruins and hike for roughly 3 hours, passing waterfalls before reaching Wiñaywayna. From there you trek through cloud forest to Inti Punku for your first look at Machu Picchu, then head down to Aguas Calientes with free time to explore or soak in the hot springs.

Machu Picchu to Cusco
The morning bus takes you to the Machu Picchu entrance for a guided tour of the Lost City with history and legends explained along the way. Later you board the scenic train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy, with large windows showing off the Andes peaks and river valleys. Your driver then takes you back to your accommodation.
