Arrival
You'll arrive at the airport and get transferred to your hotel for check-in. This gives you time to settle in and get oriented to the city before your activities begin tomorrow.

- Day 2
Cascais - Lisbon
Start the morning heading to Pena Palace in the Sintra Mountains, where you can walk through the colorful palace and surrounding grounds. After that, you'll head into the town of Sintra itself to wander around the shops and try some local sweets. From there, the day takes you to the Colares wine region where you can see the vineyards, then on to Cabo da Roca at the westernmost point of continental Europe. Stop at Guincho Beach for a break, then continue to Boca do Inferno before finishing in Cascais. You'll return to Lisbon traveling along the scenic Estoril Coast.

- Day 3
Alcobaça - Batalha - Fátima - Lisbon
Head out to medieval Óbidos with its white-washed houses and local handicrafts to browse. Next you'll visit the UNESCO-listed Alcobąça Monastery to see the Gothic church and the famous tombs inside. There's an optional stop in Sítio if you want panoramic views of the region. Later you'll check out the Gothic Batalha Monastery and then the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, which has several chapels, basilicas, and other religious structures to walk through. The drive back to Lisbon takes you through agricultural countryside.

Évora
Travel to UNESCO-listed Évora and spend time walking through its narrow streets and looking at various monuments like the Roman Temple, the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral, and the Church of São Francisco with its Chapel of the Bones. You'll also see the University buildings. During the afternoon, browse handicrafts from the Alentejo region and learn about local food and wine at Monte da Ravasqueira. Then you'll head back to Lisbon.
