Itinerary
- Day 1
Istanbul to Izmir
You'll get picked up from your Istanbul hotel and fly to Izmir where your guide meets you. From there, you'll start checking out ancient Smyrna with stops at St Polykarp Church and the Agora ruins. Then it's on to Bergama to see the Pergamon ruins, which include the Acropolis and Asclepion theatre. You'll stay overnight in Izmir.

- Day 2
Izmir to Pamukkale
After breakfast at your hotel, your guide takes you to see the ruins of Thyatira and the ancient city of Sardis, which was once the wealthy capital of the Lydian Empire. Along the route you'll stop at the church in Philadelphia. Later in the day you'll drive to Pamukkale for your overnight stay.

- Day 3
Pamukkale to Kusadasi
Following breakfast, you'll explore the natural calcium travertine terraces called the Cotton Cliffs and wander through the Hierapolis ruins in Pamukkale. After that, you'll see the ruins of Laodicea, which is mentioned in Revelations as the 'City of Compromise', and check out the barely excavated Colossae site. The day ends in Kusadasi where you'll stay overnight.

- Day 4
Kusadasi to Istanbul
You'll have breakfast and then head to the Ancient City of Ephesus to walk through multiple facets of ancient Greek and Roman culture. You'll see the Basilica of St John, the House of Virgin Mary, and what remains of the Artemis Temple. In the afternoon, you'll transfer to Izmir Airport for your flight back to Istanbul, where you'll be picked up and taken to your hotel.
