Asked on November 8th, 2024Where would we meet the tour guide and how soon before the tour starts does this need to be booked??
- Receptivo Aborigen ToursOperator•Written November 2024
You'll meet your tour guide at a designated meeting point, which will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Most tours specify the exact location and time as well as any arrival guidelines. To ensure availability, especially for popular tours, we recommend booking as early as possible—at least a few weeks in advance if you can.

Traveler•Written November 2024Can you please tell us the start and stop times for each day of a tour, Where do we meet to start the tour if we drive and not fly, Are these tours fully guided when we walk on our own at each sight? The information is vague without listing times?
- Receptivo Aborigen ToursOperator•Written November 2024
Start and End Times: While we don't have precise start and stop times listed here, tour schedules usually include early morning starts, with daily activities running until late afternoon or early evening. Specific timings often depend on the destinations and season. Upon booking, you will receive an itinerary with detailed times for each day. Meeting Point: If you're planning to drive rather than fly, we can typically arrange an initial meeting point at the first destination or central location specified by the tour operator. These tours are typically fully guided, but some allow for self-paced exploration at certain sites.

Traveler•Written November 2024Can you tell me how close to the tour date we can book? Would February or March be too late? Do they fill fast?
- Receptivo Aborigen ToursOperator•Written November 2024
You can typically book until spots are sold out, but I recommend securing your reservation as early as possible, as our tours do tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak season. Booking in February or March might still work, but earlier reservations are ideal to guarantee your place.
