Every single moment was incredible, from snorkelling and swimming with stingrays to hiking volcanoes and making unforgettable memories with new friends. Our tour guide, Ceci, was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide, she was enthusiastic, kind, caring, and incredibly passionate about her job. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt supported, and you could always turn to her whenever you needed help or advice. I had so many incredible experiences like snorkeling, staying with a wonderful Mayan family and climbing Acatenango! Our group leader Ceci was the best. She always ensured we were having fun and went above and beyond to make this trip a good experience for everyone! It would be great to see the incorporation of overnight transport for the longer travel days as they did take a lot out of the groups energy. She has an endless amount of knowledge that helps you delve deeper into the different cultures. Her laugh and positive energy are contagious and always lifts the spirits. Our guide, Ceci, was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, kind, organised, and always willing to go above and beyond for the group. She truly made the trip so special! As for the itinerary itself, some travel days were extremely long and could feel a bit draining, especially with early starts. Our group was also larger than what was originally advertised, which at times made accommodation, melas and activities feel a bit crowded. That said, the trip had so many great moments that made it all worth it. We swam in the beautiful blue water in Bacalar, relaxed on the island of Caye Caulker in Belize, and saw volcanoes and amazing old ruins in Guatemala.
