Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Maasai Mara
You'll start the day with breakfast at Sarova Stanley in Nairobi before heading to your safari jeep for the drive to Maasai Mara. The route takes you past the great escarpments, which are worth stopping for photos. After the 5-hour journey, you'll check in at camp and grab lunch, then have some downtime in the afternoon to rest. Around 4:00 pm, your first game drive begins where you'll look for zebras, antelopes, giraffes, elephants, and lions. Back at camp by evening, you'll have dinner and settle in for your first night.

- Day 2
Maasai Mara
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from camp at a time you've arranged ahead of time. You'll spend the full day on a game drive hunting for the Big Five and other wildlife throughout the reserve. Later you'll head to the Mara River to catch wildebeest crossings and spot crocodiles. Lunch happens by the river or under an acacia tree, and from there you can watch hippos. The afternoon brings another game drive to find animals that are active during the later hours. You'll get back to camp in the evening for dinner and your second night.

- Day 3
Maasai Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast you'll check out of camp and travel to a Maasai Village for a 1-hour cultural tour where you'll learn about the Maasai community and their traditions. From there, the drive back toward Nairobi includes a lunch stop in Naivasha. You'll take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and do a walking tour at Crescent Island to see wildlife up close. After that, you'll continue your transfer back to Nairobi and get dropped at the airport or your hotel in the city.
