Itinerary
- Day 1
Casablanca
You'll arrive at Casablanca airport and get transferred to your hotel. After that long journey, the rest of the day is open for you to settle in and rest as much as you need.
- Day 2
Casablanca to Marrakech
Following breakfast, you'll head to Marrakech to meet up with the full group for a guided city tour. Walking through the rose-coloured medina means navigating winding streets, green gardens, and busy souks. You'll see Djemaa El Fna marketplace and the Koutoubia Mosque, which is the city's tallest structure.

Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou to Ouarzazate
Leaving Marrakech, you'll travel across the Haouz plains toward the High Atlas Mountains. The route takes you over Tizi n Tichka pass with views of mountains and valleys below, then you'll stop for lunch. After that, you'll visit the medieval kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO site that's been used as a movie location. Later you'll reach Ouarzazate, which has earned a reputation for film production work in North Africa.

- Day 4
Ouarzazate to Todra Gorge to Merzouga (Sahara)
Your day heads into the Sahara, passing through palm trees and rose fields. If you want, there's an option to stop at Kasbah Amherdhil in Skoura before reaching Todra Gorge, known locally as Morocco's Grand Canyon with limestone cliffs rising about 1000 feet. From there you'll drive to Merzouga. Later in the afternoon you'll board camels for a trek into the desert to catch the sunset, then spend the night at a Berber camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes with local food and music.

Merzouga (Sahara) to Fes
Early morning means getting back on camels to watch the sunrise. You'll freshen up and have breakfast in Merzouga before a long drive to Fes through cedar forests where you might see Barbary Macaque monkeys in the Moyen Atlas mountains. A stop in Ifrane shows you an Alpine-resort-style town, and you'll see nomadic Berber camps in the mountains. You'll arrive in Fes by early evening.

- Day 6
Fes
Walking through Fes el Bali means exploring the oldest and largest medieval city in the world. On your guided tour of the medina, you'll navigate through 9400 alleys, though many have dead ends so staying with the group helps. Before lunch in the medina, you'll check out the dye-pits and tanneries. The afternoon is free to relax or wander on your own.

Fes to Volubilis to Meknes to Rabat
Leaving Fes, you'll visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO site dating back to AD40. Next you'll reach Meknes, the Imperial City, which has impressive buildings and elaborate monuments that earned it the title Versailles of Morocco. Following lunch and some free time, you'll travel to Rabat, Morocco's capital, where you'll stay overnight.

- Day 8
Rabat to Casablanca
A guided tour of Rabat takes you to the Chellah necropolis with its ancient and medieval ruins, the Royal Palace, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. After lunch, you'll head to Casablanca to see the Hassan II Mosque, which has the tallest minaret and is the world's third-largest mosque with space for 25,000 people. You'll check into your hotel in Casablanca by evening.

Casablanca to Chefchaouen
A minibus picks you up from the hotel for a scenic drive past Rabat along the coastal route. You'll travel inland through Ouezzane province and the Rif Mountains. Once you reach Chefchaouen, you can relax in the central square or at your hotel after the journey.

- Day 10
Chefchaouen to Tangier
You'll spend your day walking through Chefchaouen's blue-washed streets at a leisurely pace. If hiking interests you, there's a route to the town's highest point with views of the Rif Mountains. Late afternoon brings a transfer to Tangier where, depending on your arrival time, you can check out Petit Socco with its busy cafés and visit the Church of the Immaculate Conception, the Grand Mosque, and the Old American Legation.

- Day 11
Tangier to Casablanca
You'll board the Al Boraq high-speed train from Tangier to Casablanca, and the route takes you past Larache, green fields, and coastal beaches. Upon arrival, you'll transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
