    Could you please clarify the difference between "Standard" and "Premium" hotel options? Also, as a 40 yr old female solo traveler planning to join in July or August, I'm curious about the typical age range of participants on this trip. Any tips for solo travelers would also be appreciated!

    Can you provide the travel insurance information, or send me a way to contact the travel insurance company? I don't want to pay the deposit without knowing for what conditions the travel insurance would cover cancellation and recoup deposit.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before December 21st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 21st, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Firebird Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Firebird Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
