Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Hanoi
You'll touch down at Noi Bai airport where your driver is waiting for you. From there, it's a straightforward transfer into the city center and you'll check into your hotel for the night.
- Day 2
Hanoi
After breakfast, your guide meets you at the hotel to walk through Hanoi's key historical sites. You'll see Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, and several pagodas and museums throughout the day. The guide fills you in on Vietnam's history from ancient periods through modern times.

Ninh Binh
Following breakfast, you head out for a drive to Ninh Binh, Vietnam's ancient first capital. At Hoa Lu, you'll visit two temples built in the 10th century honoring King Dinh and King Le. After lunch at a local spot, there's a scenic boat trip through Trang An grottoes where you'll see 31 valleys and 50 caves set among mountains. Back to Hanoi for the night.

- Day 4
Halong Bay
You'll drive 3 hours from Hanoi to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with thousands of islands dotting the water. Board your cruise, have lunch while sailing, and then join afternoon activities like sightseeing, kayaking, swimming, or cave exploration depending on what your cruise offers. You'll stay overnight aboard the boat.

Halong Bay to Hanoi
Start with coffee or tea as you take in the morning views, then have breakfast. The cruise continues into deeper parts of Halong Bay before turning back toward the port. Brunch is served during the return journey. Your driver meets you at port to drive you back to Hanoi for the night.

Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, you're driven to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once you land, you'll transfer to your hotel. Later in the afternoon, a private car takes you to board a dinner cruise on the water. Following the cruise, you're taken back to your hotel to settle in for the night.

Cu Chi Tunnels
Your guide picks you up after breakfast to head to the Cu Chi Tunnels, where soldiers lived underground during the Vietnam War. The drive takes about 1.5 hours to reach the site where you'll see narrow entrances, booby traps, and bomb craters. After lunch at a local restaurant, you return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Mekong Delta
Around 08:00, your guide arrives to take you to the Mekong Delta where the landscape is filled with floating boats, houses, and markets on the waterways. You'll board a boat cruising along a river branch, stopping at local workplaces and a quiet village. There's time to walk through coconut plantations and see how people actually live there. Lunch happens at a local restaurant before you head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon.
