Zagreb
You'll arrive in Zagreb whenever works for you on day one. After getting settled, you'll meet your CEO and the rest of the group. Then it's off to one of the city's trendy bars or beer halls to kick things off with drinks and get to know everyone.

- Day 2
Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes National Park
Start the morning with an orientation walk through Zagreb led by your CEO. From there, you'll hop on a local bus heading to Plitvice Lakes National Park, where you'll spend the night. It's about a two-hour drive, so you'll have time to settle in once you arrive.

- Day 3
Plitvice Lakes National Park to Split
You'll spend the day checking out the terraced lakes, waterfalls, and hiking trails at Plitvice Lakes. After that, it's time to hop back on the bus and head to Split. Once there, your CEO will lead an orientation walk, and later the group gets together for a Big Night Out to celebrate arriving in this coastal city.

- Day 4
Split
Join a guided walk through Diocletian's Palace in the morning to learn about this historic site. After that, the rest of the day is yours. You could catch the ferry to Zlatni Rat beach on Bol, wander over to Trogir, explore the ancient ruins at Solin, or just check out Split's nightlife scene.

Hvar
You'll take a morning ferry out to the island of Hvar. Once there, spend time on the beach, visit Hvar Fortress for views, or join an island-hopping boat cruise to reach secluded coves around the Pakleni Islands. In the evening, head back to Split by ferry.

Split to Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik to Trebinje
You'll leave Dubrovnik and cross into Bosnia and Herzegovina, heading toward Trebinje. Along the way, stop at Tvrdos Monastery to sample some local wine and see the area. You'll also visit Hercegovacka Temple for nice city views and stop at Arslanagic Bridge to grab some photos. After checking in, your CEO leads an orientation walk through the old town, then dinner at local cafes and restaurants is optional.

- Day 8
Trebinje to Livno
Today you'll see some of Bosnia's best spots. Start by heading back in time at Pocitelj Fortress, an old Ottoman fortress that's now an art colony. Later, you'll take a refreshing dip at Kravica Waterfalls. During sunset, there's a Jeep safari where you might spot wild horses. The day ends with a BBQ dinner and bonfire with everyone in the group.

Livno to Mostar
You'll drive south to the village of Blagaj in the morning. There you'll see the Dervish Monastery, which sits dramatically on cliffs right by the water at the mouth of the Buna River. If weather permits, take a dip in the water. After that, continue to Mostar for a guided walking tour. You'll have plenty of time to photograph the iconic old bridge and grab a bite or relax by the river.

Mostar to Konjic
Hop on a morning train to Konjic, then transfer to your lodge. Once there, you'll get your adrenaline going with white water rafting on the Neretva River alongside your group. Afterward, there's a delicious BBQ lunch. In the afternoon you can relax at the lodge, walk around the city, or visit Tito's Bunker if you want a look into communist-era Yugoslavia.

You'll take a train from Konjic to Sarajevo, the vibrant capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This morning features a food tour with a local expert who'll take you away from tourist areas to try authentic Sarajevo cuisine and learn about the city through a local's perspective. Spend the rest of the day exploring this dynamic place.

You have a full free day in Sarajevo. Evening brings a Big Night Out with the group for your final night here.

- Day 13
Sarajevo to Kotor
After breakfast, you'll drive from Sarajevo across the border into Montenegro and arrive in the city of Kotor. Check in to your hotel and take some time to relax. Then meet your CEO for an orientation walk through Kotor's old town. Later, there's an optional dinner with the group if you're interested.

- Day 14
Kotor
Today combines both land and sea exploration. You'll hike up to Kotor Fortress and snap photos of the views around you. After that, you have free time for lunch. In the afternoon, take a sunset boat tour of the Bay of Kotor, passing small islands and historical sites, and visit the old town of Perast before returning to Kotor.

Kotor to Žabljak
You'll drive north from Kotor into Montenegro's interior with a stop at Nevidio Canyon, which has some of the most beautiful landscapes in the country. Then continue to the small mountain town of Zabljak near Durmitor National Park, filled with clear lakes and thick pine forests along the Tara River. The afternoon is free, so relax or join an optional mountain biking excursion before dinner.

Žabljak to Budva
Set out on a hike through Durmitor National Park's mountain landscapes. After lunch, you'll drive to Budva but stop at Ostrog Monastery on the way. This 17th-century monastery is carved into a cliff face and stands out with its brilliant white exterior against rugged stone. You'll arrive in Budva for a short walking tour with your CEO, then optional dinner and a free evening.
