Tokyo
Your CEO leads a guided tour through Tokyo's main attractions, including Asakusa Sensoji Temple and Meiji Shrine. After lunch, you've got the afternoon free to wander through Akihabara and Harajuku on your own, or spend time relaxing in Ueno Park.

Tokyo to Hokkaido
Head to the airport in the morning and fly to Memanbetsu airport in Hokkaido. From there, transfer to your hotel near Shiretoko National Park and have dinner with the group.

- Day 4
Shiretoko National Park
After breakfast, you'll head to the Five Lakes area of Shiretoko National Park, where the lakes were created by Mount Io's eruption long ago. You'll see mountains and wild landscape, then take a short walk out to Furepe Waterfall, which drops right into the Okhotsk Sea.

Shiretoko National Park
Join your guide for a three to four hour hike through the Primeval Forest on the UNESCO-listed Shiretoko Peninsula. Keep an eye out for Steller's sea eagles and Japanese deer while taking in cliff-edge views over turquoise water. The afternoon is yours to relax at your hotel's hot springs or walk into the nearby village.

Shiretoko to Lake Akan
You'll leave Shiretoko and travel inland to Lake Akan, stopping at active volcano Mt Io to see sulfurous smoke and steam. Next, head to Lake Kussharo's shore where you can dig your own personal hot spring in the sand. Check out the observatory deck for views of both lakes, then settle into your Ryokan. After dinner, there's a cultural performance mixing ancient Ainu ceremonial dance with contemporary dance and digital art.

Lake Akan to Asahikawa
Start the morning by soaking in the Ryokan hot springs again, or join your CEO for a walk around Lake Akan. Later, travel towards Asahikawa and have dinner featuring the city's famous ramen, which is considered some of the best in Japan.

Asahikawa

Sapporo

Sapporo
Explore Sapporo's beer heritage starting at Nijo Market, where you'll walk through stalls of fresh seafood like crabs, fish, urchin, and fish eggs caught off Hokkaido's coast. Then visit the Sapporo Beer Museum, where Japan's first domestically made beer was created, and sample some exclusive brews.

Kyoto
You'll do an iconic hike starting from Kurama village and ending in Kibune. The trail winds through a forested canopy with stops at Yuki shrine and Kurama-dera temple along the way.

Take a guided walk through Yambaru Forest on the Ibe-dake Forest Trail Trek, looking for native plants and animals. After a picnic lunch, head to the sea for a guided sea kayaking trip to Yasuda island. The busy day ends with dinner together as a group.

Ishigaki Island
In the Hirakubo Peninsula, you'll board a traditional Sabani sailboat that's hand-carved from hollowed logs and holds just six people. Cruise along the peninsula shores, and if you want, snorkel above the coral reef or simply take in the pristine environment and experience this rare piece of Okinawan culture.

Taketomi Island
Take a ferry to Taketomi Island just off Ishigaki Port, which is part of Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park. The island is uniquely built with coral walls and structures. Rent a bicycle and explore the central Ryukyu village with its red tiled roofs and tropical flowers, allowing you to see more ground and cover more area.

Iriomote Island
Continue island hopping by heading west to Iriomote island. Spend the day kayaking through mangrove areas and spotting birds and local flora that you won't find anywhere else. After an active day, you can join your CEO and travel mates back in Ishigaki for a farewell dinner if you'd like.
