We expect to stay at the hotels advertised on the itinerary stated by your company for which we have paid for but instead are sent to 1-2 star accommodations. For example for the next 3 nights we are supposed to stay at either IH Roma or Ibis Styles Roma which are 4 star hotels which we have paid for but instead we are being sent to a hotel not stated on our itinerary by the name of Greenpark Hotel Pamphili which is of very poor quality and not what we have paid for. This is unacceptable and misleading and more importantly is not what we paid for. Can this please be rectified immediately.Show more
