Itinerary
- Day 1
Rome to Sorrento
Meet your group in Rome and head south along the coast toward Sorrento. You'll stop to walk through the ancient ruins of Pompeii, where volcanic ash from Mount Vesuvius preserved the city centuries ago. After that, you'll arrive in Sorrento with its colorful clifftop houses and Mediterranean views. There's an option to visit a local family mozzarella farm if you want to try authentic Italian cuisine.

Amalfi Coast
Walk through Sorrento's cobbled streets this morning, then take a scenic drive along the Amalfi coast. The route includes a stop in Amalfi town where you can see castles and take in the coastal views. From there, you'll visit a lemon farm to learn how limoncello is made. Later this evening, head back to Sorrento for your included dinner.

Sorrento to Florence
Leave Sorrento and travel to Florence. After you check in and drop off your bags at the hotel, the rest of the day is free. Wander around the city's bars and restaurants on your own schedule, or just relax after traveling.

Florence
Following breakfast, join a guided walking tour with a local guide to learn about Florence's iconic Duomo with its famous red dome, the Basilica, and Giotto's Bell Tower along with other major landmarks. Later you'll explore at your own pace and grab lunch at a cosy trattoria. There's an option to join a traditional Tuscan evening dinner if you're interested.

Florence to Lucerne
After breakfast, leave Florence and head toward Lucerne with an optional stop at a mountain top along the way for panoramic views of the surrounding area. When you arrive in Lucerne, you can check out this fairytale town, and there's an optional lake cruise available during summer months. Spend your free evening checking out Swiss chocolate shops around town.

Lucerne to Lyon
Leave Lucerne and travel through the French countryside to Lyon, France's second largest city. Walk through the charming Old Town and try local delicacies at a traditional bouchon restaurant paired with Beaujolais wine.

Lyon to Paris
Leave Lyon and head to Paris. After an included dinner at your hotel, join your Trip Manager for a night-time tour of the City of Light. You'll see the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. Then climb the Montparnasse Tower for views of the Eiffel Tower from above.

Soak up your last moments in Paris and reflect on your journey with the new friends you've made on the tour. Then travel to London where you'll say goodbye to the group as your adventure comes to an end.
