Hotel in Vienna- Rainers could improve its service and facilities. Hotel in Budapest- Mercure was lovely, service of the front desk was amazing. Guide Hugo was good. But felt it was more skewed towards Spanish speaking travellers. As the Spanish guide was explaining 80 percent of the time. Places taken were amazing and memorable. Very glad I did it.Show more

What I will say is you absolutely pay for what you get in regards to this tour. This is one of the less expensive groups, and there are some things that come with that. The overall experience was pretty disorganized and clunky. Hotel were mediocre for the most part , and the communication between tour guides, drivers , etc was lacking.
