Dr. Angie· July 23rd, 2024The first day was not so good, our driver for the airport to the hotel was so impatient. our flight got delayed and then out luggage was late and the driver went off without us, the Europando Agency did not bother giving us another car and we have to pay a cab to get us to the other side of town in Paris. our hotel was very ice the first day, but the rest was so so... on a 22 day trip we just have to take what they have to give us. the itinerary though was good, the tour guides are very friendly, but i do remember when we where going to Pisa, our driver was such in a hurry that he step on the break so bad, 2 of our co tourist went stumbling, rolling to the front and his poor wife fell on the stairs of the half way door.
