A little more in English (not almost only Spanish) would have been great! But it was still a very nice trip!

The tour guides were knowledgeable and the whole tour was well organized. The one downside was that the tour was billed on Tourradar as English-based but the tour company Europamundo provides services for mostly Spanish-based travelers. While this wasn't a problem for me, it would be best if a footnote or something is included to say that these tours are Spanish-based.

Overall, the tour was well organized and largely met our expectations. We visited the most relevant places, in line with the program of tour. However, in a couple of cities—particularly Los Angeles and Toronto—the hotels were located too far from the downtown areas, which was disappointing and reduced our ability to hang out in our free time. On a positive note, the hotel rooms were generally spacious and clean in any cities. We would have appreciated more walking tours to better experience the cities on foot. Instead, many of the excursions were panoramic, conducted primarily from the bus. While we understand that this format appeals to some travelers, we personally found it less engaging. Similarly, the scheduled stops at commercial shopping centers felt unnecessary. We would have preferred spending that time exploring downtown districts or visiting museums, which offer richer cultural insight. Lastly, we were the only non-Spanish speakers in our group. This occasionally led to communication challenges, as some tour guides tended to favor Spanish over English during explanations. While not a major issue, it did affect a bit the inclusivity of the experience.
